What’s your return policy?

We guarantee all of our products free from defects in craftsmanship.  Return any of our products within 30 days of purchase. We even pay return shipping if necessary.

Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries.  Lighters are only available for shipment within the continental United States.

Do you have customer service?

Of course! Our friendly and knowledgeable customer services reps are available to answer your questions 24/7/365.


Do you have a catalog?

Yes we do, but only in digital format.  In attempt to reduce our carbon footprint, as well as facilitating quicker catalog updates, we do not print paper catalogs.  To get a catalog, simply fill out the contact form in the Contact Us section of this website, and we will get it to you right away.
